Aroma Vending and Gusto Vending were created as a result of Venturato’s many years’
experience in the vending sector, with SOVEDA SpA, a company that’s a group member.
These two Venturato blends, created especially for the vending machine sector, were
developed taking into consideration the innumerable issues that arise when coffee
is distributed automatically:
- Coffee grinding dosage maintenance
- Volumetric measuring scoop
- Frequent filter substitution
- Blocking coffee from the presence of foreign
bodies
- Tapping time
- Milk wasting
In order to reduce the negative effects of the above-mentioned elements, while improving
and optimizing how automatic distributors work, Venturato decided to go deeper and
discover the true meaning of the old proverb, ‘those who spend more, spend less’.
This proverb translates reflects a selection of raw materials that certainly do
not allow mangers to save at the moment of purchase. Yet, it does allow them to
profit exponentially later, when using Venturato brand blends. The technical characteristics
of Aroma Vending and Gusto Vending’s processing do not allow for the use of raw
materials unless accompanied by maximum description and pertaining to old harvests.
Roasting is always carried out according to slow methods and the successive cooling
process categorically excludes any introduction of water while extracting the product
from the cooking drum.
All of these elements allow managers to use the product taking advantage of finer
grain, because volumetric measuring scoops in automatic vending machines do not
work well with softer, more voluminous coffee. Coffee grinder/dosage devices do
not cause the machine to stop, as it can grind a clean product, without pebbly grain
or similar elements. Since the product is dry and not very oily, filter substitution
is much less frequent allowing for great savings in terms of time, transfers and
subsequent labor costs.
The most interesting aspect to consider lies in the milk you are likely to save.
In fact, users who are not satisfied with the taste of a coffee that’s too strong,
sour and woody, will undoubtedly select the ‘macchiato’ option, which increases
costs per individual supply. The unique balance and flavor of Venturato coffee guarantees
that more people will select the ‘espresso coffee’ and ‘long coffee’ options, reducing
overall milk consumption.
